Building a home with us starts with finding one
of our floor plans and subdivisions that meet
your needs. Design Builders, L.C. will also
build your "custom" home on one of our lots or
your lot. After receiving a credit approval from
one of our lenders, we will then meet for a
pre-construction meeting to discuss the home,
construction process, and answer any questions
you may have. You will then pick the colors for
your new home from a large selection of colors.
Construction of your home will begin shortly
after the building permit is issued.
Our goal is to have you pleased and excited upon
